The Boy's Store

Giving Back

Giving back is an important part of how we all can make a difference in someone else life.  The Boy's Store is proud to support:

  • The Haven Home:  The Haven was built from a community outreach effort started in 1976 to provide assistance to youth in need. In the early years, a small Delray Beach house served as "home" to boys ages 8 to 14.

Today, The Haven is an alternative home for young men, from age 9 up to 18, who have been placed in their protective care. Each year, The Haven provides its comprehensive program to an average of 75-80 boys with the average length of stay at more than three years-with many boys staying until age 18.

On the five-acre, campus in suburban Boca Raton, the young men reside in four home-like cottages complete with a centralized kitchen and dining tables where they eat their meals together, do homework from their local schools and enjoy the camaraderie of their "family." In addition, the campus' recreation building and outdoor basketball courts serve as a focal point for a variety of activities. Each cottage is managed 24/7 by a direct care staff that provide the supervision and nurturing environment the young men require to become self-sufficient and balanced adults

  • LUC Boys Ranch:  Luc Boys Ranch is located in the heart of the Ozark Moutains in Southwest Missouri.  They are changing the lives of at-risk boys in their Chrisitan residential treatment program; through the use of Biblical counseling and applying Christian principles in their lives, they are re-building broken homes and family relationships.

Boys are able to find purpose and develop their talents by acquiring various trade skills, excelling in education, and feeling a part of the LUC family

  • Youth for Human Right Africa:  A program that teaches children the importance of human rights and helps build their confidence to become leaders in their own communities.

The Program advocates tolerance and peace. Mulberribush is donating 10% of the proceeds of their "Africa" collection to this great cause.
